OVENCULTURE was established in 2022 by NIKHILA RAGHU, with a goal to create custom baked goods. Everything on the menu is made and baked in our fully certified home kitchen, certified by FSSAI. Our commitment to safety of the product we deliver remains unchanged.
From her adolescence, she discovered her love for food and baking, which is pretty exciting! She was lucky to find her passion early in life and jumped right into pursuing it. Starting her journey with hotel management at IIHM, she knew that learning all the different baking techniques would be key to whipping up some amazing treats. Staying true to her roots, she focused on what brought her the most joy—baking delicious cakes and creating scrumptious desserts for some really well-known customers. This love for her craft eventually led her to open her own venture, and what a sweet adventure that has been!

Nikhila’s baking journey began with a strong educational foundation, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM). However, her true passion lay in the art of pastry-making. To further hone her skills, she pursued a Diploma in Professional Patisserie and Confectionery from Whitecaps International School of Pastry, a renowned institution in the culinary world. This specialized training equipped her with advanced techniques, precision, and creativity.
